1. Free Tier

The free tier is completely free — no payment, no refund needed. You can use it indefinitely with no obligation.

2. Paid Subscriptions (Plus & Pro)

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you're not satisfied with the Service. No questions asked.

Email support@getpromptup.com within 7 days of your first payment. Include the email address associated with your account. We'll process the refund within 5 business days.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your PromptUp dashboard. After cancellation, your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to the free tier. No data is lost — you can resubscribe at any time.
